The award was presented during an honors ceremony held on the sidelines of the Saudi Cement Conference at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) on September 9, 2026, in the presence of Eng. Turki Al-Babtain, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, and a group of CEOs of Saudi cement companies and decision-makers.
Winning this award reflects a true strategic commitment from United Cement to shift its sales towards low-carbon blended cement, which puts it at the forefront of Saudi companies translating sustainability goals into actual business decisions on the ground.
