Riyadh Cement received this honor during the Future of Cement Initiative Awards, which was held on September 9, 2026 as part of the Saudi Cement Conference at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), in the presence of Eng. Turki Al-Babtain, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, and a group of CEOs of Saudi cement companies.
This award reflects Riyadh Cement’s commitment to improving the thermal efficiency of its clinker manufacturing operations, and embodies its strategic direction towards reducing energy consumption and reducing carbon emissions, in line with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and the transition towards sustainable cement.
