Consulate Visa

If a visitor is not eligible for a Saudi eVisa, they will require a Consulate Visa. Invitation letters can be provided for registered delegates.

Fly into King Abdulaziz International Airport (Jeddah), approximately a one-hour drive from KAUST.

By Car

Visitors arriving by car should park at the KAUST Visitor Center Parking, where shuttle buses will operate throughout the conference to transport attendees to the venue.

If vehicle access to campus is required, visitors should request it through FCI@kaust.edu.sa

Visitors without vehicle access can enter through the Visitor Center (Gate 1).

Note: Uber can drop visitors off at the Visitor Center but does not operate inside the KAUST campus.
